If you would like your order delivered to your residence, put your German address and we'll hand deliver your items.
If you'd like them to be delivered on post, just list what building you work at and we'll stop by!
If your order contains HMHS Partnered Project Items your order can be collected at the Hohenfels Middle High School by your student.
If orders are outside of the US, Alpine Ridge utilizes DHL as your shipping provider, and shipping will be added during checkout.
Alpine Ridge works hard to get it right the first time. In the rare instances where that isn't the case or when a customer is unhappy we will process any returns or exchanges per our return and refund policy.
1. Returns & Withdrawal
Non‑custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items are excluded from withdrawal under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
2. Item Condition
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
unworn
unwashed
undamaged
in original packaging
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number.
